.This cake was alot of fun to do. To be honest every cake I get to do I enjoy making. The reason being no 2 cakes are the same. Variety is the spice of life. This cake was for a lovely gentleman. His daughter wanted to mark his retirement with a cake that was a symbol of what he was leaving behind. The cake was so good they donated it to The Irish Wheelchair Association so they could enjoy it on his behalf.
